He spent his life in construction and produced great work. He had a skill for carpentry that he passed on to his son, Dan Jr. Dan had a larger than life personality and was often the life of the party. He worked several years as a Karaoke host and loved to sing and entertain others. His outgoing personality and love for fun defined him. Dan lived life on his own terms. His sense of humor or more so sarcastic way will always be remembered. He cherished his years at his vacation home on Ossipee Lake with his family. Dan had a love for adventure. His love for boating on his double decker pontoon boat along with many snowmobile and skiing seasons over the years were a treasure to him. He was an avid hockey fan and spent many of his younger days in a rink with his son watching him play. In his later years he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was often seen at the rink and found great joy watching his grandson, Jameson play hockey. He often told Jameson he was much better than his father at his age which often led to many family laughs. He felt enormous pride when watching Jameson play. Dan had a very special bond with his granddaughter, Kaleigh as she was his first born. He lit up when he was with her and would attend her dance recitals and special events and the two had their own sweet and loving relationship. Dan will be greatly missed.
