Alice R. Fabrizio


December 21,1930 – October 10, 2020

 

Alice passed away peacefully at the age of 89 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Quincy, Mass, she was the second of 4 children. She is survived by her three children: daughter Mary Salvaggio and her husband David Salvaggio of Hanson, son Anthony Fabrizio and wife Lauren Fabrizio of Pembroke, daughter Carol Kozlowski and son in law Ed Kozlowski of Westport. Survived also by seven grandchildren, Nicholas Salvaggio, Jason Salvaggio, Derek Fabrizio, Kyle Fabrizio, Lindsay Ferreria, Kelly Cook, Alicia Boyd and four great-grandchildren, Hunter Ferreria, Olivia Ferreria, McKenzie Cook and Madison Cook. Her sister, Mary Pastore and husband Steve Pastore, brother Richard Pearce and wife Nancy Pearce, and brother John Pearce and sister in law Nettie Pearce. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Curtin and her late husband, Jack Curtin.

Alice grew up in Quincy, Mass and graduated from Quincy North High School. She lived in South Weymouth for over 30 years where she brought up her children. In her golden years she enjoyed her winter months in Florida with her late husband Lamberto (Al) Fabrizio where they had lots of fun in the sun with their siblings and close friends. Alice had many jobs in her lifetime but she really enjoyed working at Bobs Muffin Shop in South Weymouth Columbian Square and she loved working with her son Anthony at his deli, Anthony’s Deli in Kingston for over 10 years. Alice loved a good joke and loved to tell funny old stories of her family growing up. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Our Mother, sister, Nana, Allie Cat and friend, known to most as Alice was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

Services with be Monday, October 19, 2020 at Boston Cremation, 116 Franklin St. Quincy at 8:30am, followed by a 10:00am Funeral Mass at St, Johns Church in Quincy, burial at Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree.
