Anne D. Hariskos

On Sunday, April 5, 2020, Anne D. Hariskos, a wonderful wife, mom and long time school bus driver, passed away peacefully at the age of 66 in her home surrounded by her family in Malden, MA after a long struggle with lung cancer.

Annie was born and raised in Worcester, MA. She married Nicholas Hariskos in May of 1972. Together they raised three daughters in their Malden home. She was a loving mother and friend to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Annie was a dedicated and enthusiastic bus driver. Her true joy was at home, working on crafts and home projects. Annie loved crocheting, sewing, and could make anything by hand. From costumes and crochet figures to perfectly knitted afghans, she will be remembered for her wonderfully crafted gifts.

She is survived by her husband Nick; her three daughters, Jayne, Christy, Samantha and her fiancé Billy Pothos, granddaughter Cassidy, and her siblings Charles, Magdeline (Mammie), Nicholas, Martha and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Annie’s name to the MSPCA:
