Anthony Nickolas Alessandro passed away peacefully, surrounded by his
children on 8/20/19.
Anthony was born in Boston, MA on December 6, 1928. to Antonio and
Felicita Alessandro. His devoted and loving wife of 70 years, Phyllis
(DelConte), passed away on 8/10/19.. . . They were married on November
21, 1948 at Sacred Heart Church in the North End, Boston, MA. They
moved to Malden and then Revere where they raised 3 children..
He leaves two sons and their wives, Anthony and Debra Alessandro of
Tewksbury, MA, Mark and Gina Alessandro of Ipswich, MA, and his
daughter and husband Donna (Alessandro) and Matthew Swift of Malden,
MA.
Cherished grandfather (Papa) of Lisa (Alessandro) Bopf of Wakefield,
Anthony Alessandro of Tewksbury, Valerie Alessandro of Ipswich, Nicholas
Alessandro, Talia Hallinan of Ipswich, Calabria Swift of Malden and Alia
Arrano of Malden. Great grandfather to Owen, Clara and Andrew Bopf and
Kennedy and Connor Alessandro.
He was the brother of Marie Smith, Roger Alessandro, Connie Russo of
CA,, Rinaldo "Dickie” Alessandro,, Susan Sweeney of CA, Annette
(Alessandro) Salvaggio, and the late Carlo, Enrico, Vito, John and
Joseph Alessandro, and many nieces and nephews.
