Anthony Racki
On Sunday, September 5, 2021, Anthony Racki, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 76 after a brief illness.
Anthony was born on November 21, 1944 in Chelsea, MA. He graduated from Chelsea High when the dinosaurs roamed. He retired from Square Cab in Chelsea after 50 years of service.
Anthony enjoyed adventurous car rides with his wife Genevieve, long naps with his fur-buddy, Lucy, sarcastic quips and awesomely terrible dad jokes. He was an avid gambler, who loved playing slots and scratching tickets with his “lucky” Red Sox coin. Anthony was the go-to person when something needed mending. There was nothing he couldn’t fix with a little love and duct tape.
He is survived by his wife, Genevieve Racki of 51 years, his children Richard Racki and wife Melissa of Tampa FL, Michael Racki and wife Patricia of Laconia, NH, Lisa MacLean of Exeter, NH, Janice Quigley and husband Allan of Danvers, MA, Carl Racki of Lynn, MA, Anthony Racki and wife Stephanie of Davie, FL, Jennifer Frank and husband Michael of Greenfield, MA, his brother Gregory Racki and companion Nancy Ariniello of Revere, MA, his sister Natalie Bernard and husband Robert of Revere, MA and his brother James Racki and wife Nancy of South Carolina. He also leaves 23 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
Anthony requested that there would not be a services after his passing. He wanted to live on in the memories of those he cherished.
