Carol Ann Morse

Daughter of the late Arthur and Gloria Morse, Carol Ann Morse was a lifelong resident of Revere, and a nearly 30 year U.S. Post Office employee, retiring in 2012. She died at home on January 5, 2020 after a lengthy illness with COPD. She is predeceased by her sister, Marie T. (Morse) Carter, and survived by siblings Arthur Morse of New Hampshire, Gloria “Chickie” (Morse) Parker of Revere, and Kenneth Morse and his wife, Marsha, of Tewksbury. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Carol was deeply loved by niece Lyne (Festa) Coccimiglio and her children, Krystalyne Coccimiglio and Joseph Aresco, and by niece Robin (Carter) LoConte, and her family – husband, Chris LoConte and sons, Nicholas and Robert LoConte.

If you knew Carol, you know how uniquely particular she could be, and can understand why only a small private memorial service will be held for her in the coming weeks. Please do know, however, that the depth of the love and care from Carol’s friends has not gone unnoticed. It has been both significant and much appreciated.

In honor of Carol, please reach out to the charity of your choice or Care Dimensions Hospice, Danvers, MA, who cared so lovingly for Carol in her final weeks of life.

Carol worked with Joe Twist at the Post Office. That alone made her a saint. I became a dear friend and have many wonderful memories. I am not surprised she wants to go quietly but ALL OF HEAVEN is shouting at her arrival. My condolences to the family but my best friend made it home!! Rest In Peace Carol
