Catherine Agness Rash (1952-2023)
CATHERINE AGNESS RASH OF WEYMOUTH MA WENT TO JESUS ON MAY 1, 2023 AFTER A SUDDEN ILLNESS. SHE WAS BORN IN THE WEST END OF BOSTON ON EASTER SUNDAY APRIL 13, 1952 , AND WAS DELIVERED BY HER BELOVED GRANDMOTHER GILDA.
CATHERINE WAS A LOVER OF NATURE AND SPENT MOST OF HER CAREER WORKING OUTDOORS FOR Department of Conservation & Recreation. CATHERINE WAS TRAINED AS A prosthetist AND SHE WORKED BREIFELY IN THIS FIELD OF WORK BUT FELT THE WOODS CALLING HER BACK AS SHE DREADED THE IDEA OF WORKING INSIDE THE REST OF HER LIFE.
SHE WAS A NATURAL-BORN ARTIST AND HAD A GOD-GIVEN TALENT. SINCE CHILDHOOD, CATHY, AS SHE WAS KNOWN AFFECTIONATELY, DELIGHTED FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH HER ART.
CATHY LEAVES MANY NEICES, NEPHEWS, COUSINS, AND ONE WONDERFUL AUNT THERESA WHOM SHE LOVED DEARLY, AS WELL AS SISTERS, SISTER-IN-LAW, AND BROTHERS, WHO LEARNED TO APPRECIATE HER KEEN WIT AND BRILLIANT MIND. CATHY’S NEIGHBORS AT CALNAN CIRCLE WERE THE FOCUS OF MOST OF HER ATTENTION, SHE LOVED THEM ALL DEARLY.
WE WILL MISS HER AND WE WISH SHE WERE STILL WITH US. SHE JOINS NOW FAMILY WHO PRECEDED HER INCLUDING HER MOM ANASTACIA AND DAD ELVIN. REST IN PEACE CATHY, KISS GRAM FOR US.

I knew Catherine through work, one of my favorite customers. She always called me “baby” and put a smile on my face. She will be missed. Keeping her friends and family and anyone who had the please of knowing her in my thoughts.
