Charlotte “Lotti” G. Nargi (Godschalk)
Charlotte G. Nargi, née Godschalk, known affectionately as Lotti, passed away on September 30, 2024, in Peabody, MA, at the age of 90.
Born on June 30, 1934, in Thalwil, Switzerland, she lived a rich and vibrant life.
Charlotte’s passion was travel. She was a stewardess with PanAm in the late 1950’s. This experience opened up the opportunity for her in the 1970s to become a tour escort with PanAm when they were the first American airline to receive landing rights to bring American tourists to China.
In addition to the travel bug, Charlotte was an avid crafter and loved to share her jewelry with friends and family. Charlotte will be deeply missed by all who loved her and who cherished her spirit and humor.

Hugs and love to the family of Momma Charlotte, I know that she will be greatly missed. I will hold her memories forever in my heart. She was a very special person with a heart of gold and a wonderful sense of humor.
Always well coiffed, purple hair(!), perfect nails, bedecked in jewelry- studded with stories for every piece. Sharp witted and warm hearted. Somehow, she made my eyes roll and lips smile simultaneously. This is how I’ll remember Charlotte. Be at peace now.
Proscht! (I know, she’s cringing at my pronunciation…)
