I just received the awful news that David passed away last year. Although we had lost touch, I always really enjoyed hearing from him, and loved working with him at Cambridge College. His funny, sweet, engaging, lovely personality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. I will forever miss his wit, and his friendship.
Please accept my deepest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with all who loved him.
