Domenico “Domenic” D’Angelo, 83, of East Boston, MA, passed away on June 10, 2023. He was born on March 24, 1940 in Orsogna, Italy, to Anna D’Angelo (Tollese) and Riccardo D’Angelo. Domenic worked as a security guard for the Sheraton (formerly Howard Johnson’s) and a porter for the Cheverus School.

Dancing was one of Domenic’s favorite hobbies, and he always had a smile on his face while doing it. He will be remembered for his love of life, kind heart, his warm personality, and his devotion to his family. Domenic is survived by his wife, Jeanette D’Angelo, his children Cynthia Lopez and Michelle Lavalley, his son-in-laws Jorge Lopez and Richard Lavalley, and his grandsons Andrew and Alexander Lavalley. He is also survived by his brother Pasquale D’Angelo.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial mass will be held at a later date to celebrate Domenic’s life. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Fund.
