Dorothy Linda “Dottie” Hutchinson

Dorothy Linda “Dottie” Hutchinson (Meuse) entered into
eternal glory, peacefully surrounded by her loving family on
May 12th, 2021 at 1:58am. Dottie was greeted in heaven by
her beloved husband Harry, loving parents; Veronica (Dottie)
and Bernie, brave brother Jackie, sweet nephew Jason and
charismatic brother-in-law Henry. While in heaven, she will
continue to watch over her family: her sisters; Dianne Sortini
& husband Ed, Judy Marshall & fiancé Steve; brothers Kevin
Meuse and Dana Meuse & his wife Carol. She loved all her
nieces; Rene Sortini, Daniele Osif & husband Josh, Dianne
Maria Meuse, Kelley Marshall, Addison Sortini, Carter Sortini
Jennifer McMahon, Christina Ciardi and Madeline Meuse. She
adored all her nephews Jack Sortini, Patrick Marshall, Cody
Meuse & wife Laura, Mason Sortini and Hunter McMahon.

Of course we can’t forget her cat, Angel, her companion of 21
years. As well as many other friends and relatives, especially
her incredible friend, Elliot Vazquez, who made her last
months extraordinarily memorable and we are forever
grateful. Everyone who loved Dottie knew of her strong heart
and giving spirit. She strode through her life’s difficulties with
strength and grace. She never once failed to put a smile on
everyone’s face. God gifted her with the ability to express her
emotions through beautiful poetry, which she loved to share
with everyone and anyone. Dottie always saw the best in
everyone she met and you can bet that if you met her, you were
on her prayer list at the end of the day. She lived the way her
favorite song said, “I did it my way”.

Dottie’s celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu
of flowers, Dottie would like us to make a charitable donation
in her name to a charity of your choice.
