Elizabeth “Liz” Urbano
On Saturday, October 2nd, Elizabeth “Liz” Urbano, of West Warwick, RI, passed away at the age of 57.
She was born in St. Johnsbury, VT to William and Gertrude. She graduated from the University of Vermont and worked as a nurse for many years. She had two children.
Liz enjoyed nursing and touching the lives of her patients. She loved animals, especially her cats, and the beach. She enjoyed dancing and skiing; though she never loved cold weather. She adored children. “Oma” loved playing with her grandson and treasured the time they spent at the zoo.
Liz was preceded in death by her father, Bill. She is survived by her mother, two brothers, her husband, her two children, and her grandson.
A memorial service will be held on May 29, 2022. The location will be announced at a later date.

I was shocked and saddened to hear that Liz has passed… so very young. My condolences to her family and friends. I will hold on to my positive memories with her.
We just learned of Liz’s passing, nearly a year after. We are incredibly sad to hear it. Such a young person! Our deepest condolences for her whole family.
I just found out Liz passed away. She took care of my brother for many years. She was a great person helped my mother and brother out a lot. She will be missed THANK YOU LIZ for taking care of my brother R.I.P
