In lieu of flowers, please donate at the link below. Your donation can be made in memory of Hugh. We welcome you to donate either to “Dr. Wagner’s Research Program” or in the “Other” section and type “Dr. McDermott- Kidney Tumor Program”. Dr. Wagner was a fantastic surgeon and helped us really get through the first shock of the diagnoses and also did everything he could to make sure Dad’s kidney was taken out as quickly as possible. Dr. McDermott was Dad’s medical oncologist who provided the best medical care of both investigational and approved RCC treatments. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your donation.
Best,
Ashley

Madge and Family-
Our condolences on the loss of Scotty. Any loss is of course terrible, but one well before his time is very difficult. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Jason and Helena Shramko
Dear Jeanette, Ashley and Shawn,
I had the great pleasure of working with Scotty on a few construction projects. He was one heck of a nice guy and could tell a story like no one else. Thoughtful, kind, generous, very funny, hard worker, honest, proud husband, father and son. I know from the many conversation we had that he loved life and was very happy. He spoke of each of you in a way that betrayed how much he loved you. He definitely made the world a better, place all around. I know this because my day was always a good one when he was around.
So very sorry for your loss. my thoughts and prayers are with you and your children.
