James “Jimmy” Cooper

Cooper, James “Jimmy” (9/04/50 – 3/15/22) peacefully passed away at the age of 71
surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his two devoted children, Steven Smith and
his partner Rosanna Paribello of Tewksbury, and Stacy McDaid and her husband Matthew of
Medford, along with several of his brothers and sisters. Also survived by his six grandchildren
(Kelsey, Haleigh, Dillon, Colin, Grace & Angelica) who he loved dearly. James was a gifted
carpenter and an avid reader who loved gardening, playing cribbage, watching movies with the
volume blasting and enjoying ice cream sundaes. Jimmy’s ability to love unconditionally and his
infectious laugh will be missed by those who loved him most. He would want to be
remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family.
