MCGOWAN , Joan K.  On August 6, 2022, Joan K. MCGOWAN (nee Konow), of Arlington, Massachusetts, formerly of Baltimore, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late Charles A. McGowan; mother of Jenny Weaver and Patti Taylor; step-mother of DeSales Wagster and Jean Tyson. Also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
