John Halloran
John Halloran, best friend and husband of Debbie, passed away on the evening of January 21st. He was the beloved father of Aimee and her husband Ty, and Michael and his wife Julie. He was also the adored grandfather of Chase, Zoe, Jacob, Noah, and Logan.
John was a long-time resident of Weston MA, living there from 1977 to 2015, and lived recently in Sandwich. He was known by his silly sense of humor, and his entertaining, at-times embellished, stories. John had an optimistic perspective on life despite battles with the numerous illnesses that plagued him. He lived for his family and friends, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all, and we were fortunate to have him in our lives.
We will be celebrating the life of John Halloran, Saturday, January 27th, 11am to 2pm at Grand View Farm and Marion Tavern, 55 Center Street, Burlington, MA 01830.
Kids are invited to celebrate. Dress code will be casual.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MGH Dr Basgoz ID Research Fund. Donations may be mailed to:

So saddened by this news. My thoughts and prayers are with you to find strength and grace during this difficult time.
John was a wonderful man who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Weston PD brotherhood, Ninety-Nine buddy on Thursday nights, many cook-outs and New Years Eve parties and just so many memories and fun times with John and Debbie and our close Weston friends. John always had a smile and a corney joke. He was always fixing things and would never shy away from any project. Great friend to have been lucky to have. RIP John. Prayers to Debbie, Aimee and Michael.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Our deepest Sympathy.

I am sorry for your loss, Deb, Aimee, and Michael. He truly was a great man and I have very fond memories when I was little. When he traveled to Spain he brought home a Spanish Barbie. I remember walking up to Angie’s for subs. He was always there growing up. We were blessed to have him in our lives and I am sure you will miss him greatly. At least he is out of pain and at peace. Love to you all!
