It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of John Tammaro, age 61, who passed away on January 13th after a short illness.  He was the beloved son of Alfred Tammaro and his wife Jean of Malden and his loving brother Michael Tammaro of New York.  He grew up in the North End of Boston and spent many summers at Hampton Beach.  John was preceded in death by his mother Julie Tammaro.  He is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.  A private memorial service will be held.
