Kamilla Silva, 33, died on April 1^st, 2022, with her family by her side after a brave fight against metastatic gastric cancer.

Ms. Silva was born Feb 3^rd, 1989. Originally from Brazil, Kamilla grew up and resided with her family in Massachusetts. Kamilla got her certification in massage therapy and worked a great part of her life as a masseuse.

Always known for her fun and outgoing personality, Kamilla was recognized for her bold looks and impeccable sense of style. Her radiant smile, and contagious energy filled the space wherever she was present. She loved to travel, explore, and document her journeys. One of her favorite destinations was Haiti; so much so, it became part of her cultural identity. 

Ms. Silva leaves behind her beloved 13-year-old son, Nicholas Goncalves. Throughout her fight, Nicholas has been her biggest motivation to keep pushing forward. Kamilla is survived by her mother, Ilza Anzalone, and her sister, Thandara Marinho. She was predeceased by her father, Anthony Anzalone. Through the love and strength transcended by her family, as well as her relationship with God and religion, Kamilla surpassed the life expectancy predicted by her doctors, and now rests in heavenly peace.
