Kathleen E. Godwin

Kathleen E. Godwin, 42, was the daughter of Donald S. Godwin and Mary A. (Parks) Godwin and mother of Scott Mark (Stillman) Godwin. Born in Suffern, N.Y., Kate went to school in Monsey, N.Y., and Gloucester, Mass. She graduated from Wellspring and Salem State College. Kate worked for Senior Care, as well as having a preschool daycare center in her home. She worked at Cable gardens in Ipswich and was a representative for Creative Memories. She loved crafting, especially scrapbooking, and was a Cub Scout Leader for Pack 60. Kate was a caring, loving person who felt the need to help everyone who needed her. She never left time for herself. Kate’s love, most of all, was her son, Scott. She loved taking him to his sporting events and camping. Godwin of North Carolina; many aunts and uncles, cousins and many, many friends; and her pet dog, “Bell.” Kate was predeceased by her husband, Mark A. Stillman; grandmother, Mary (Harvey) Levitus; grandfather, Richard Parks of Gloucester; grandparents, Robert W. and Sabina Godwin; and uncle, Edward T. Godwin of Monsey, N.Y. Kate’s big smile and laugh and her kind heart will be sadly missed. ARRANGEMENTS: There will be no visiting hours.
