Kellie Kelley


Kellie (Vye) Kelley of Medford, formally of Somerville passed away on August 30th2022. Kellie is the beloved wife of Patrick Kelley of Medford, mother of Scott Carty of Boston, Eric Avery of Woburn, beloved grandmother of 3.  Daughter of the late John (Chickie) Vye and Anne (Maxwell) Vye of Arlington.  Sister of Scott and Debra Vye and the late Wendy Vye.  Beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Kellie helped so many through her cancer journey over the last 10 years.  She woke up everyday with a smile and never once complained throughout her battle.  Everyone who knew Kellie or had the opportunity to follow her journey truly realizes the inspiration and warrior she truly is.

To respect Kellie’s wishes, services will be private.  A funeral mass and celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

    Kellie, I dont know where to start, I am going to miss you so much, we have been best of friends since toddler years, I never imagined I would lose you so soon.
