Laudalina Medeiros Simas Vieira


Laudalina Medeiros Simas Vieira was born in January 15, 1938 and passed away peacefully on March 25, 2018 at Greenwood Nursing , Wakefield, MA at the age of 80 years old. Formerly from Somerville, born in San Miguel, Azores. Laudalina was the daughter of the late Manuel and Maria Medeiros Simas, and is predeceased by her loving Husband Gil Vieira and her beloved late brothers Antonio and Manuel.
Laudalina was a very kind, loving and nurturing soul who loved to laugh and smile, always found the good in people so trusting and loyal to all. She was very sassy and loved to joke around and adored by many.
She is survived by loving daughter Ana Margarida Vieira Salemi, son-in-law Anthony Salemi, and most cherished granddaughter Ariana Lucia Salemi, all of Melrose, MA. She leaves behind her loving sister Lucilia and twin Margarida of Canada. She will be missed by many sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends, both from the US and Canada.
A memorial service in honor of Laudalina will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Boston Cremation, 287 Main Street, Malden MA at 9am visitation followed by prayer service and blessing.
