Lesley-Ann Phillips

Lesley-Ann Phillips

July 4, 1976 – February 13, 2022

Lesley-Ann (O’Brien) Phillips, age 45, of Norton, MA, passed away peacefully at home on February 13, 2022 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Lesley was the beloved daughter of Dennis O’Brien and Vivienne & Sam Ciotoli.  She is survived by her partner, Sean Lynch; daughter, Logan Phillips and sons, Maguire Phillips and Graham Lynch.  Lesley is also survived by siblings; Jennifer Rosenberg (Aaron), Michael O’Brien (Sabrina) and Tara Caiza (Emerson); along with her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Originally from Binghamton, NY, Lesley was born on July 4th, 1976, as Broome County’s Liberty Baby in the bi-centennial year.  She attended Chenango Valley schools and was a member of the Class of 1994.  Following high school, she became a professional nanny before going on to her career at Target.  Lesley was very passionate about each colleague she had the chance to work with in her career.

Lesley enjoyed creating amazing experiences and memories with her children, Logan, Maguire and Graham and spending quality time with her beloved partner, Sean. When she wasn’t at the soccer fields cheering the boys on at their games or binge-watching shows with Logan, she could be found spending time with family and friends and buying her two dogs, Gunnar and Guinness, all the noise making toys.

Lesley was greeted in heaven by grandparents, Victor Hutchings; John and Mary O’Brien; and Agostino and Antoinette Ciotoli.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 17th from 3pm-6pm with a prayer service to begin at 6pm at Boston Cremation, 115 N. Main St., Mansfield, MA 02048. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lesley’s memory to Caring For a Cure at caringforacure.org

Sean, Logan, Maguire, & Graham, I’m so very sorry for your loss. You guys were her entire life & I know she will continue to take care of you all. I feel awful that I don’t have anything to say that will help heal the hurt but there isn’t anything I can say to fill such a great void. I can’t even believe I’m typing this in her obituary. She was incredibly strong. I just assumed it she would beat it. Just another challenge that she would overcome as she always did. She will be missed
