Maureen “Dee Dee” Denise Sullivan

Maureen (Dee Dee) Denise Sullivan of Medford, MA passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on March 25th 2018 at the age of 62.

Dee Dee leaves behind two loving children, Tiffany Sullivan and Kevin Cioffi and his wife, Lynda. She also leaves behind her three loving grandchildren, Sadie, Kevin Jr., and Kyle.

Dee’s greatest joy in life was being a mom and “Grammy” to her grandchildren. She had a life-long love of music and animals, and would often enter a room singing and dancing. She appreciated the smaller, simpler things in life. She will be greatly missed.

A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, April 4th 2018 from 9am – 12pm at Boston Cremation, 287 Main Street, Malden MA. All are welcome to attend.

My condolences and sadness goes out to Tiffany and Kevin. Dee Dee was a big part of my life when were young. We all hung out together. I loved those camping trips at the Covered Bridge campgrounds on the Kangamangus! I still have the corn plant Dee Dee gave me 40 years ago. I last seen Dee Dee and Tiffany when she was living in New Hampshire several years ago. She had a tough life, but still tried to enjoy it to the fullest. I have been thinking about you, and a bit of my own soul is lost now. Follow the stars Dee Dee. Love You!

Dee Dee-I ‘ve always loved you as a sister and a best friend since we were young kids trying to figure out the world together. Not always easy but fun to have each other through it all.
Your life was worth everything to me and to all you touched with your positive outlook knowing things would work out ok. I still have your St Francis 8th grade photo you gave me which you wrote- to a great friend I’ll never forget. I think I wrote the same because I definitely will never forget you sister. I love you Dee.
