Norma M. Jones, known to many loved ones as Mom, Nuhnuh, and Auntie, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, in Wrentham, MA, at the age of 88. She was born on September 22, 1935, in Arlington, MA, to the late Mergadich and Hosanna Kazanjian. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Jones, her sisters Aurora Mattson and Diana White, and brother George Kazanjian. Norma will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Susan Doyle, son Charles Jones, granddaughters Carly Doyle, Julia Doyle, and Emma Jones, as well as many nieces, nephews, and their children.
Norma was passionate about many things but walking the beach, planting flowers, feeding the birds and exercising were among her favorites. Her love for nature and staying active brought joy to those around her.The family will hold a private celebration of life in Norma’s honor. If you would like to join the family in honoring Norma, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association or The Surfrider Foundation in her memory.
Norma will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
