Patricia (Monahan) Setterlund
Patricia (Monahan) Setterlund, 74, of Salisbury, MA and Barefoot Bay, FL passed away peacefully in the loving presence of family members at the Kaplan House of Danvers on Dec 23, 2017, after an illness.
Pat was known as a caring mother, a loving sister, and a woman who loved to live life to the fullest. She was the daughter of the late Clifford and Erma (Monahan) Sheehan; and will be greatly missed by her brother Thomas Monahan. Pat was deeply loved by her children Keith Woodman of Salisbury, MA, Pamela Hall and Don her husband of Boomer, NC, and Todd Setterlund. Pat was predeceased by her son Todd and now joins him in heaven. She was also a wonderful aunt, great-aunt, and grandmother or “Grammy” to three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pat lived and worked for many years in Salisbury where she served as the Town Accountant, and later went to work for the Town of Amesbury. Throughout her life, she enjoyed learning which she satisfied with continuing her education in municipal accounting, as well as, meeting every year with colleagues and friends in her field for training.
Upon retirement she moved to the sunny state of Florida where she enjoyed time with her partner Mike Oulette, time with the ladies of the Red Hat Society, music with friends, reading endless amounts of books, gardening, and living near the ocean with her two dogs Katie and Matthew, whom she loved dearly.
