Paul A. Bartlett (1921-2023)


Paul A. Bartlett passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning May 23rd at the Soldiers
Home in Chelsea. He was 101 years old.

He was born on August 1st, 1921 in Boston and was raised in Revere, the son of the
late Edith (Di’Ambri) Bartlett and the late George Bartlett. Paul attended the Revere
schools, joined the C.C. camps and then later joined the U.S. Navy in August 1942
during WWII. He also worked for the U.S. Postal Service and volunteered at the V.A. in
Jamaica Plain for 15 years. He was a fan of baseball and enjoyed the sport of fishing.

The Beloved husband of the late Mary Katherine (Ferrante) Bartlett and father of
Richard P. Bartlett and his wife Leticia Bartlett of East Boston, the late Paul J. Bartlett
and the late Patrick Bartlett. Cherished grandfather of Victoria Hirsh, Renee Bartlett,
Richard Bartlett and Joseph Bartlett. Brother of the late Albert, George and Edith
Bartlett. Paul is also survived by his 3 great-grandchildren.

Paul will be laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Services
will be held at a later date.
