My sincere condolences to you all. Phil was such a a nice man and neighbor. We lived across the yard from each other in Newburyport Mass when he was married to Joanne. Such beautiful children he had and his loved his martial arts. He loved his weed and his numchucks. May he rest in peace. God bless. 💕
