He was born June 4, 1943 to Leopold and Berna (Tardif) Audibert of Fort Kent, ME. He had a lifelong devotion to his two daughters; Michelle Romano of Wakefield, MA and Melissa Dimarzo and husband Mark of Stoneham, MA and nine grandchildren whom Phil often spoke of and adored. His favorite pastimes included trips to the flea market purchasing numerous books, music albums and baseball cards along with all kinds of trinkets and memorabilia which he often took pleasure in sharing with family. His faith meant a lot to him as well as his service to the country in the U.S. Army.
