Phyllis Arlene (Beckley) D’Angelo, a long-time resident of Woburn, MA passed away peacefully at home, as she wished, after a long courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, March 18, 2016. Phyllis also loved to be outside working in the garden, crocheting and knitting, reading, playing cards, and visiting with friends and relatives. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Boston Cremation, 287 Main Street, Malden, MA . I have many great memories of Phyllis, she was one tough lady! She loved her family and her horses and her dogs. We had some great times racing Gentleman Jolie and Labelle Buttons and hanging out in the tack room having coffee and donuts and solving crypto quotes. I will give Jimmy some extra carrots tonight for you, Phyllis. You will be missed.
