Richard B. Keefe

Richard Keefe_Boston Cremation

Richard B. Keefe, 58 of Attleboro MA, son of the late Richard H. Keefe and the late Teresa and Bill McDougall, passed away on Thursday May 12th surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved partner of Lisa Pinto and a loving brother to Kathleen Anderson, Maureen and Frank Pacheco, and Colleen and Frank Little.

Rich was a graduate of Our Lady of Providence HS and attended the Johnson and Wales University Culinary Arts School. He was employed as a cook and Chef at restaurants in both Naples, Florida and Providence RI. Rich dearly loved his family and enjoyed great music, especially Elvis, golfing, Matunuck Beach, The Patriots, Law and Order, and of course cooking.

Rich always embraced life even in the face of overwhelming challenges; never complaining and always grateful for every day God granted.

Rich is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, all of whom he was immensely proud and loved dearly. He also leaves Lisa’s children Sean and Sarah and their grandson Owen who will dearly miss his doting and loving “APPA”.

Rich’s family would like to invite all to join a celebration of his life at the Elks Lodge, 887 South Main Street, Attleboro, MA on Saturday, May 21st from noon to 4PM.

If you would like to make a donation in Richard’s memory, please do so through the American Cancer Society @ www.cancer.org
