Steve was a great guy with a huge heart. His love for the Lord was evident. He is with the Jesus he sang about and reunited with his beloved Mary. Condolences to his boys and their families.
I’ll always remember “Uncle Steve” fondly. He was so caring and thoughtful. I’ll always think of his singing and how he was so earnestly praising his Lord. Also, I’ll remember his list of video games he would bring to Sunday School to let us kids borrow them. What a great man.
Some of my fondest childhood memories were with uncle Steve and auntie Mary. Everyone loved you. Such a dedicated man of God and a loving loyal friend to everyone that knew him. Love you and I’ll see you again one day ! Xoxo
This is a huge loss to so many people! I’ll forever miss him and his corny jokes, the way he sang for all to hear how dedicated he is to the LORD, he gave a ride to all who needed to get to choir practice every week and he couldn’t wait to tell me what kind of ice cream he had only on Sunday evenings. He loved putting the ice cream on my homemade waffles. Thanks to family for being so faithful to care for Steve and bring him to church.

He was such an amazing grandfather. I miss our FaceTime calls an hour every day. I loved when he would come here every year for Thanksgiving to visit us. His loyalty will never be forgotten.
