Plymouth, MA (formerly of Commack, NY), Warren Richard Mohr died August 14. Beloved husband of Jane (Callan) Mohr.

Warren was the loving son of the late Constance Kolesar of Spring Hill, FL and the late Richard Mohr of Wantagh, NY, and the step-son of Stephen Kolesar of Spring Hill, FL. He was the dear brother of Kenneth of San Diego, CA. Devoted father of Kelly of Burlington, VT and Andrew of Norwood, MA. Father-in-law of Katie Alston of Norwood, MA.

A memorial service will be held Saturday August 17, 2013 at the Plymouth United Methodist Church at 29 Carver Rd in Plymouth, MA 02360 at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Church to benefit the Homeless Relief Mission.
