Victor Buonfiglio

Victor Buonfiglio, Managing Partner.

Victor is responsible for the company's overall operations. His primary focus is customer experience and business development.

A graduate of Revere High School, he attended the funeral service program at Mt. Ida Colledge. He received his Funeral Directors License in 1995.

Victor is passionate about "reducing customer effort." He pioneered utilizing digital signatures and online cremation arrangements dating back to 2012. He developed a step-by-step planning guide that allowed customers to self-select only the services they wanted, putting them in total control of the arrangement process.

When he's not working, you'll often find this self-proclaimed foodie with his wife, Carrie, at one of his favorite restaurants or spending time at the lake with their three children and two bullmastiffs.

"When it comes to helping customers, listening to them has taught me more than anything I've read in a textbook. Just listen; they'll teach you everything you need to know."
