Christine M. Piermarini

Christine M. Piermarini (Gagne) 60, of Leominster MA died peacefully in her home on May 14th, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her father Leonel Gagne of Winchendon MA, her mother Joyce Gagne-Warren of Winchendon MA, her husband Alphonse (Ally) C. Piermarini of Leominster MA, her daughter Tasha E. Hill, and her son Sean K. Hill. She is survived by many that she loved very much: her daughters: Raven L Bergeron (Gagne) of Ashburnham MA and Brittany J. Hill of Leominster MA, Step-father, Alfred (Ted) Warren of Winchendon MA, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, along with their spouses and children, her 5 grandchildren, a very large extended family, and many friends and coworkers througout the Leominster MA and Waterville ME areas including the Leominster Eagles where she last worked as a bartender and received amazing support. She also leaves behind her truly amazing best friend since childhood Margaret (Greta) Burgoine who became her caretaker and went above and beyond to provide her with the best care possible 24/7 during her last few months. Christine most enjoyed spending time with her family and always looked forward to holidays and the annual Gagne family reunions in Maine. She also loved visiting her favorite beach, in York Beach Me where she married the love of her life. She will always be remembered for her incomprehensible strength, and her compassion and generosity towards others. She forever leaves a legacy of strength and love in every heart she touched. We are all grateful to have known her, and rejoice that she is now home with Jesus and all those that went before her.

In lieu of flowers, Christine has requested donations be made to the Christine Piermarini Memorial fund through Digital Federal Credit Union. Some of the proceeds will be used to cover the cost of a Celebration of Life event which will be held at a later date yet to be announced. The remaining funds will be distributed equally to her 5 grandchildren per her wishes.

I am very sad to hear of Chris’ passing. We shared many wonderful times in our past years. She was a talented creative artist. She had a keen eye for home decor and unique fashion. Chris loved her children and grandchildren more than life itself. May she Rest In Peace forever and ever with the love of her life Ally. My sincere condolences to her whole family.

I was a classmate of Christine. I can remember walking over to her house as I lived one street over and we use to play together. After school got out we moved away, got married and our lifestyles changed. So sorry to hear about her passing. Know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. May she RIP.
