Diane Bradford Bergeron

Diane Bradford Bergeron passed away at home with her significant other, Bill and her 2 daughters, Kellie and Sara by her side on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 after battling Breast Cancer. She was 70 years old.

Diane spent most of her life working as a nurse. Starting from a CNA and working her way all the way up to an RN. She loved being a hospice nurse and would be one until she had to stop working in 2007. When she was not working she was traveling. She enjoyed going to tropical locations with Kauai and Key West being her top spots. Her love of all animals was apparent in all the animals she rescued and animal charities she supported.

She is survived by her significant other, Bill Pastreich, two children; Kellie Benway of Prescott, AZ and Sara Bird and husband, Chris of Melrose, MA, one grandson, Cameron and her beloved Cocker Spaniel, Dickens and her two granddogs, Jay and Princess.

At Diane’s request, there will be no memorial service or funeral. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the MSPCA or Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Although it’s been many years since we last saw each other, I remember Diane as a kind and loving mother. She also loved her animals and was very proud of her Bradford link to history. I am so sorry that cancer took you so young. You have earned your wings.
