Thomas W. Westgate, 61, of Malden, Massachusetts, passed away on December 2, 2023. Born on December 1, 1962, in Somerville, he was the beloved son of Thomas W. Westgate Sr. and Patricia (McMahon) Westgate.
Thomas was a hard-working and dedicated family man who served his country in the Marines. He was admired and loved by all who knew him. Thomas will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving daughter Kerrilee Westgate and her fiance Harold Barnett III, along with his cherished grandchildren Olivia, Harold IV, and Thomas. He is also survived by his former wife Marylee Westgate. Thomas was preceded in death by his brother William Westgate, but leaves behind William’s wife Katherine Westgate, his brothers John Westgate and wife Traci Westgate, James Westgate and wife Victoria Westgate, and sister Jean Westgate. He will also be remembered by his nieces Jessica Jollymore, Alyssa Westgate, Rebecca Westgate, and great nephews Aiden, Parker, and Brayden.
Services for Thomas will be held at Boston Cremation, located at 287 Main Street, Malden, MA 02148. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 10am to 12pm.
