    Diane, Rachel, Jonathan –
My condolences on your loss. For many years I worked with Al at MITRE and a couple of times we actually got to work on the same project. He was a good engineer and taught we quite a bit back when I was new engineer. I also would regularly see him down in the Health Center. Exercise was definitely a way of life for him. I wish I had his stamina when running; he made it look easy. He will be missed by his friends here at MITRE.

Al’s passing so quickly was a real shock to me. It seems only a short while ago Al & I were working out together at the Mitre Health Club. I have wonderful memories of the many running events we enjoyed together, his help in clearing some of the Bedford conservation trails and the hikes you guys took with me. Please keep us informed about the Spring memorial service.

    Diane, Rachel, Jonathan,
I was saddened to hear of Al’s passing. I enjoyed working with him for several years at Mitre. He was a fine engineer and I always appreciated his inputs on problems we were working on. I still think of him whenever certain topics come up that he was particuarly involved in. He is missed by all who worked with him. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.
    Ron
