Ann Marie Sorrenti (Canavan)


Ann Marie Sorrenti (Canavan) Beloved wife of James Sorrenti. Born February 8, 1941- Passed away peacefully on September 4, 2021 surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband James Sorrenti of Taunton, Daughters Ann and Steve May of Taunton, Sue and John Kent of Brockton, Gail and Terry Crowley of Taunton and Son James Sorrenti Jr of Carver. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren and her beloved cat Bear.
Sisters Florence Norton and Theresa Jones of South Boston. She is predeceased by her daughter Joanne Valladoa of Falmouth.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts (APCSM) at www.apcsm.org
Services will be held at a later date.

    Words just wont explain ! To the whole family my heart breaks
    My childhood memories will always be with me and She was a profound loving ,careing person who always stood out to me. And shaped us for who we became. Trust in God who gave us this loving Woman. Trust that she is with God and will continue to live eternally & within our hearts as well .And will guide her children from heaven as on earth . God bless ! My love goes out to Ann .     There is never the right words to convey how much my heart bleeds for your losses over the last few years.
    I never had the honor of meeting your Mom but there’s one thing I know, her and your dad created strong, smart and kind children.
    Gail knowing you all these years, I’ve yet to meet a more courageous, tenacious, compassionate empathetic human being like you.
    You show the world what a superb mom she was, is (I hate saying ‘was’ )

    Sorry of the passing of my Aunt Anna, My mother is not on line but asked me to give here condolences, she was not just a sister in law but a long time friend. We all send lpve, hope and wished of peace. Sorry for our loss. Stay strong and find happiness Anna is now at peace. Love you Anna Banana had a lot of fun with you.
