October 1, 1942 ~ March 11, 2024

Ellen Passed Away in the early morning on March 11th suddenly at Cambridge Rehabilitation Center. She was 81 years old.

Born to Frances and Valerie (Risdon) Burt on Thursday October 1,1942 in Medford ,Ma. She grew up in Tewksbury, Ma. With 3 siblings, 2 brothers and one sister who all preceded her in death. 

As an Adult she got a job working at Transitron in Wakefield where she met her husband the late John Howard Ellison. They married on July 14,th 1962. They had three sons & and a foster daughter. The late John H.Ellison Jr., Kenneth Eric Ellison of Everett, Ma. Michael Nicholas Ellison and his Wife Christine Dawn Ellison of Everett,Ma. Kimberly Ann Smith Wing of Tewksbury,Ma. She also had 4 grandchildren, Karlee, Michael & Taren Wing of Tewksbury,Ma and Sean Nicholas Ellison of Everett,Ma. She also leaves behind her cousins Marilyn and her husband Richard Jones of Arlington,Ma ,Donna Weiss of Stoneham and Carol & Dennis Brewster of Woburn, Ma.

Ellen also had a cat named “Mamma” who she ADORED & Loved very much. She also LOVED spending time with her grandson Sean Nicholas who she would watch from time to time. She Loved Lilacs , Disney Movies and watching her “Days of our Lives” and recently got into watching and enjoying The Bruins games , she also enjoyed lighting candles because she loved the smell of them.

A Memorial Service will be held in Boston Cremation on Thursday, April 11th from 10 ~ 12pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
