Jeffrey W. Lavin was born in Methuen, Ma. In 1971.Jeffrey attended Greater Lawrence Technical High School. He went on to be a painter. He was an avid pool player, card player and loved golf.

Jeffrey was predeceased by his father, Richard F. Lavin.

He is survived by his longtime partner, Janet Baxendale and children: Jessi DeClercq Keene, her  husband, Christopher Keene,Jake DeClercq, his wife Devin, Darian DeClercq, Angelina Lavin and Jeffrey Lavin and a grandson, Christian Keene, his mother, Lauren Waterman and step-father, Thomas Waterman. 

He is also survived by his brother Brian Lavin and wife, Kimberly, brother, Ralph Lavin, brother Richard Lavin, sister Barbara Wells, sister, Donna Sweeney and brothers , John Lavin and Stephen Lavin.

He is survived by many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A private Memorial will be held at a later date.
