Justin Wells Palmer, 36, passed away on October 12, 2023. He was the loving son of Arnold and Norellen (Norie) Palmer. 

Justin was born in Dunedin, Florida. After moving to Rehoboth, he graduated from Dighton Rehoboth High School. He was a well-known and respected member of American Legion Sons. He was employed at the Wayne Sheet metal and formally at Hanlon Sheet Metal. He was a Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Yankee Fan. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son Jeffrey Ray Wells of Massachusetts, brother Joseph Warden of Florida, Sister Samantha Brown (husband William) of Florida, sister Kristen Elliott (husband Dan) of North Carolina, Casey Krajza of Florida, Brother Robert Silvia (husband Jeffery) of Florida. Several cherished Aunts, Uncles and cousins of Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. 

Celebration Of Life for Justin will be held on 

Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 5pm to 8pm.
