Lucy will forever be remembered as a kind and caring friend, and as a savvy and dedicated activist. Our circle of women friends met for frequent lunch dates; we nurtured each other with shared wisdom gained through lived experiences. Lucy mentored and led us on areas of her passions. Mostly, I will cherish her loyal friendship and memories of her radiant smile that brightened every room! You’ve earned your rest, Lucy. I miss you. As she would say, “Holding you in the light”.

I’m keeping Lucy in my heart, with that infectious smile and that laugh, with chats about her newspaper, her meetings, her garden. Her muffins, those earrings, and her love of life, and of her friends and family. I’m keeping her right here, in my heart.

I worked with Lucy at The Homemakers and later she helped me when I needed investment services. She was such a kind soul. Both she and Ben became a part of my life and I will be forever grateful to have known her.💜
