Mary Anne Williamson died on Thursday, April 23, 2020. She was born on January 8, 1946. She earned a Fine Arts degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and was an accomplished artist. Her artistic eye extended to her garden; she knew names of flowers, herbs and vegetables and was skilled at combining color in the garden. She was a long-time resident of Salem, Massachusetts. Mary Anne loved the ocean and the historical houses and gardens; these were the subjects of her prints and paintings. She benefited from the warmth and caring of a close neighborhood. Many friends went above and beyond to check in on her and help her, when needed. Recently, she was cared for at Grosvenor Park, now Advinia Health Care Center. Thanks go to the many people there who cared for her so well.
