Nancy J. (Lohnes) DeMelis

Passed away peacefully on May 2, 2021 at her home after a brief illness. She was 74. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Medford where she worked as a hairdresser for many years. She was an inspiration to many with her determination, courage and sense of humor.

She is survived by her cousin Linda Avola and her husband John of Saugus. Her cousin Lee Stowell and husband Wally from Billerica and cousin Cindy Johnstone also from Billerica.

She is also survived by her oldest and dearest friend Arthur Rudolph of Medford along with her small circle of friends who she adored.
