Robert Wilson Bumpus

On November 21, 2021, Robert Wilson Bumpus passed away, at the age of 70,
after a long and courageous fight with cancer.

Rob was born on June 10, 1951 in Randolph, Massachusetts. He came to the
Bumpus family when he was 14 days young and became a lifelong part of our
family. His parents Craig and Alberta of Foxboro and sister Janet Gruhn of
Attleboro, predeceased him. He is survived by his brother Bruce and Laura
Bumpus, of Falmouth, and many nieces and nephews and extended family and
friends.

Rob became a lifelong client of Lifeworks, of Norwood, a provider of services for
children with developmental disabilities. With their guidance and supervision as
well as family support, he lived independently for many years. He enjoyed his
friends and working at the Lifeworks Workshop. He was always interested in
cars, music and being with his family and friends.

Rob will be interred in Melrose Cemetery in Brockton, Massachusetts, with his
family. Services will be private. He will live on in the memories of those he
cherished!

I remember Robbie from summers on Cape Cod at Campers Haven in Dennisport. His Mom & Dad were friends with my grandparents. He was always with his parents headed to the beach. RIP Robbie
