Robert Mahoney
Robert Mahoney, 72, of Methuen, formerly of Chelsea, died peacefully at home on October 7, 2014. The son of the late Thomas and Marie (Fitzgerald) Mahoney, he was a Marine Corps veteran, serving during the Vietnam era. He worked as a pipefitter with Local 537. He is survived by his long-time companion Louise Malgeri, his daughter Michelle Roberts and her husband Simon of Revere, brothers John of Plaistow NH and Tom Mahoney of Revere, and two grandchildren Corey Cimino and Brendan Roberts. He is predeceased by his son Michael and his sister Marie West. A memorial service will be held at 1pm Sunday, October 19, at Boston Cremation, 287 Main St. in Malden. Friends may visit from 12-1pm. I am so sorry for the loss of Bob. ,he was one hell of a guy ,so sorry Michelle think of thanksgiving,,when he would dance around doing the turkey dance with the turkey ,If there was one thing I know of Bob ,he Loved Michelle and Michael . I know thu the years Louise you were his companion so sorry for your loss

My son Matthew will miss his great uncle dearly. He enjoyed spending time with him in Florida. We lost a great man but pray that he is at peace and no longer in pain. Were sad we werent able to say goodbye to uncle Bobby. Tatiana n Matt West jr
