Dear Mary and family, My sympathies for the loss of Steve. Steve helped me resolve issues at work on a regular basis over the past few years and he was always helpful, kind and professional. I will miss working with him and seeing him at the desk – arrivals are just not the same.
I work at the Harvard NRB building and I was both shocked and saddened to hear of this kind man’s passing. He greeted me most mornings, was always very cheerful and very helpful. He will be missed. I am very sorry for your loss.
